For more than 20 years we have specialised in the preparation of Bills of Quantities and pricing documentation.

From 2009 our team moved from traditional 2D take off’s to working with BIM to create models, or enhance existing models to produce highly accurate quantities.

We have produced Bills of Quantities and 3D Models for projects across all construction sectors, for regional and national clients, ranging from £ 500k - £500M in value.

As our process is not considered traditional quantity surveying we are able to offer flexibility in how we produce quantities and modelling.
